I express my feelings with sincerity.

I am true to my feelings. I pay keen attention to my emotions and what they are telling me.

I use every chance I get to sincerely tell others how I feel, regardless of the situation or circumstance.

I believe it is best to be honest. If I have negative feelings about the actions of a loved one, I commit to being sincere with them about those feelings. Likewise, when I have positive feelings about their actions, I am sure to express my gratitude. Either way, I am still expressing my love for them.

My sincerity strengthens our relationship.

When someone I am vying against for a promotion ends up winning, I express congratulations from my heart. I know the temptation is there to feel jealousy, but I bypass that temptation and wish my opponent the best because I know they worked equally hard for it.

I stay true to my feelings because they serve me well. When I must express difficult feelings, I spend time finding the best way to describe them to avoid harsh results. Although I never want to hurt anyone’s feelings, I believe I owe it to them to be truthful.

Today, my focus is on sincerity when expressing my feelings. I want to live with a clear conscience and being honest helps provide me with that clarity.
