Tammy Bowers brings 15 years of marketing and sales experience; as the Co-Owner of Rolling Ads of Maryland, a unique branding company and Outdoor Mobile Billboard Advertising Vehicle.  She is the Owner of Inspiring Hearts LLC, a boutique specializing with handcrafted and uniquely designed items that are motivational and inspirational to you or the individuals receiving the gift.  She also adds flavor to this company by offering 10% gifted to Charity of Choice for the individual purchasing!

She is committed to her clients, attending various networking events as she is a member of various networking organizations, such as but not limited to BWCC, Howard Chamber, NRG, RMC, CW, PN, WIB, BWN, & Mid Atlantic Networking organizations.

Nonprofit involvement for 16 years, it is her passion, to aid in creating and make a difference in the community.  So while her daughter has a rare kidney disease she created the first fundraising event 2008 at the Baltimore Engineers Club for a rare and incurable disease called LPHS – proceeds that were raised for one night event totaled $8,000.  Her mission to create awareness, education and continue for form alliances for this disease helping 1,000 patients worldwide also started information site about LPHS which helped to located 77 patients from all over the world with this disease.  As this is a passion she has continuously worked with and forming relations with Kennedy Kreiger, Ulman Cancer, Albright Foundation, Bon Secours, Howard General Hospital, Laurel Hospital, University of Maryland – Family Medicine Dept. and others.

She also founded 13 years ago as well as established the 1st Food Allergy Awareness Nonprofit/Organization in Howard County and maintaining it for 6 years, and to this day continues to be used as a resource throughout the State of Maryland.  Organized and created many facets in the community to continuously build relationships with various businesses in and around the surrounding area while establishing family relations and to the children with food allergies.  She created the first in Howard County program – Kids talk to Kids program, 5K Walk/Run Family Fun day, where others can educated themselves and support those with food allergies.  Was assisted by Ellis Woodward creating the 1st food allergy song ever written; also had three teens create/write and design the first food allergy book in Howard County which was distributed to every daycare, camp, public school in Howard County.  Also facilitated and assisted in the development of several Chapters in the State of Maryland locations in Annapolis, Montgomery, Baltimore, Hartford, and others.  Developed the first Food Allergy Forum/Symposium held at  Johns Hopkins APL; where several various speakers were in attendance as well as politicians such as Delegate Stern, Dr. Glen Silber, Linda Boyer Executive Director for AAFA, Marshal Weston Maryland Hospitality Foundation, Director of Professional ServSafe program and others.  This was an event where Doctors, local businesses, restaurants,  families, schools, Daycare providers, camp developers etc. could all educated themselves on what they could to improve, educated and support those families in the local community to develop strategic plans in place that will work to support them.  She handled all promotional activities, gifts, vendors, sponsors etc. for this event.

10 years working in Administrative capacity – Congressman Bill Alexander as a Legislative Correspondent, PGCC, Census Bureau, Westinghouse, & Paramount Distributor in the administrative capacities, my duties varied by working word processing  – experience with product marketing.

She also became a Pre-School Teacher practicing for 2 years; working in Howard County through the Howard County Recreation and Parks Programs. Enjoyed working with the parents and children developing and mastering several skills they would need to attend Kindergarten. Helping thought children become confident, explore their interest and develop talents as well as and most importantly working with others.

For 3 years was the creator and independent owner of Crafted With Care Company; designing and creating, uniquely designed appliques children clothing, @various trade shows, expos and holiday marts.
