John Walters

John is married to Elizabeth, a Homemaker, and they have 2 children.  Nicola age (19), studying a double major in languages at Edinburgh, Scotland.  Graham age (16) is at River Hill High school, and his interests include photography and computing.

John was born in Durham, England, and is a passionate Newcastle United supporter of more than 30 years.  He plays golf, and he claims that his handicap is now 11, but he has been as low as 7.

He is an international business leader with experience in multiple industries and cultures, having worked extensively in the UK, Norway and the US.  Prior to forming 1-2-1 Business Consulting, John served as Vice President Business Development for the North American Extrusion Division of Norsk Hydro, a Fortune 250 Company, based in Oslo, Norway.  Before that he was Vice President Corporate Strategy for the entire Group.

John has successfully delivered bottom line improvement to many businesses by utilizing excellent Negotiation, Continuous Improvement and Team Building Skills.  He is an individual with high integrity, drive and enthusiasm with a leadership style that rapidly inspires confidence.
