Timothy J. Manley is the owner of Cash Flow Plus, Inc., an electronic payments company in Edgewater, MD. Cash Flow Plus assists businesses, both large and small, in obtaining their accounts receivables in the most effective, efficient and expeditious manner known in our industry today. Cash Flow Plus sets itself apart from the competition by providing merchants with a brand new machine capable of accepting all major credit and debit cards, gift and loyalty cards (great marketing tools!) and guaranteed checking.

Tim served in the Prince George’s County Police Department for 21 years before starting Cash Flow Plus, Inc. As the owner and president of the company, he strives to deliver top-notch customer service to all of his merchants, whether they are sole proprietors, home-based businesses, franchise owners, retail stores, or large businesses.

Tim operates on the principle that having good morals, values, and integrity is the cornerstone of any business. All Cash Flow Plus customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Tim also recognizes that the success of any business should not – and will not – be based on how many customers they have today; but on how many of those customers will still be on board 10 to 15 years down the road. He is committed to maintaining a long-term relationship with all of his customers and has created a family-type atmosphere among his merchants.

Tim lives in Edgewater, MD, with his wife Mel. He enjoys listening to oldies music and renovating homes.
