Kim Wesley owns and operates Smartly Spaced LLC located in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. In addition to traditional office services, Smartly Spaced LLC will provide high-end community and business services unlike any other in the market. Our goal is to create a physical working office space and virtual community for 200+ independent and mobile professionals in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor. Services will include community lounge; private, team, conference, and event rooms; free WiFi, coffee/tea, copier/fax/printer access; training & community events. As the operation expands to additional locations, it will provide more “unique” services such as audio/video recording, free and fee-based business training, mentoring, access to event space, and on-site child care.

Co-working, or shared utilization of office space, is an emerging trend across the country.  It brings together businesses in a common office environment, enabling each participant to access professional facilities and services normally associated with more substantial, lease-based facility agreements. Co working often makes what is out-of-reach for most small businesses a possibility.

As a home-based entrepreneur for over a decade, Kim Wesley fully understands the challenges facing small business owners.
